Innovation coaching creates a secure space for participants to explore new approaches to challenges they face. By questioning assumptions, individuals can gain fresh perspectives and develop alternative solutions. Thinking the same way leads to the same result.

By  promoting a 'possibility' mindset and using a generative approach, new doors will be opened. Self-imposed limitations such as as accepting the status quo will be highlighted and refocused towards positive efforts.

As they say, questions are the new answers and leaders must deliberately use language as a tool to drive practical shifts in mindset in the workplace and signal their intention to innovate and achieve better results..

The coaching can be independent or build on innovation leadership development, with the latter allowing for broader capacity building. The methodology used is from ICF-accredited coaching training, ensuring meaningful change.
